1. The procedure for control, inspection and diagnostics of highways (further - the Procedure) determines general procedure for work by control, inspection and diagnostics of highways. Control, inspections and diagnostics of highways of uncommon use are performed by owners of this type of highways.
2. This Procedure extends to the highways intended for the road organizations occupied with repair and content of roads and also for the organizations performing their survey and assessment.
3. The procedure for control, inspection and diagnostics of highways is developed on the basis of departmental construction regulations and is intended as management for monitoring procedure, inspection and diagnostics of highways of general use and planning of road repair work.
