About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 1, 2016 No. 237

Bring in the Standard regulations on educational institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 1, 2016 No. 237 "About Standard regulations on educational institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan", the following changes:

- in Item 46 to replace figure "13-00" with figure "13-10";

- state Item 49 in the following edition:

"49. Academic year proceeds 36 weeks (for pupils of the 1st class of 35 weeks) and is divided into four quarters:

- first quarter from September 1 to October 31;

- second quarter from November 11 to December 31;

- third quarter from January 11 to March 20;

- fourth quarter from April 1 to June 14.

Within year at the end of each quarter the level and quality of knowledge of pupils is summed up and is considered at faculty meeting.

In educational institutions for pupils the following vacation is established:

- autumn vacation of-10 days (from November 1 to November 10);

- winter vacation of-10 days (from January 1 to January 10);

- spring vacation - 7 days (from March 25 to March 31);

- summer vacation after the termination of academic year and summing up certification proceeds till August 31;

- occupations for pupils of the 1st class come to an end for week of the termination of academic year;

- in necessary cases change of time and term of vacation is allowed only with the permission of authorized state body in the field of education.";
