"114) approval of standard provision of the commission on acceptance of kandas, and also standard rules of payment of lump-sum allowances to kandasa and the members of their families who moved to the Republic of Kazakhstan out of regional quota of acceptance of kandas;";
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
