1. Terms with the corresponding determinations are hereunder applied:
The state system of the prevention and actions in emergency situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further GSChS) - the system consisting of structural divisions, forces and means republican and local executive bodies and other organizations having powers or performing duties in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations.
The operator of telecommunications (further - the operator) - the legal entity owning on the basis of the property right or other corporeal rights network of telecommunications (telephone communication, data transmission, mobile communication, television), providing it construction, functioning, development and rendering the corresponding services to telecommunication based on the license.
Provider of services of telecommunication (further - provider) - the legal entity rendering on commercial basis services of telecommunication to users through networks of operators.
