About the organization of the activities of "IT-towns" directed to creation of additional terms for training of youth in digital technologies and foreign languages in regions

For the purpose of training of youth in modern professions and foreign languages in regions, forming of skills of receipt of the high income at it with use of digital technologies, including by means of rendering services at the international level, and also expansions of activities on training of specialists in the field of digitalization on places and increases in the export potential:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of digital technologies, the Ministries of preschool and school education, and also Agency on cases of youth on formation of the "IT-towns" oriented to training of youth in digital technologies and foreign languages in regions on the basis of the experience implemented in Nurabadsky district of the Samarkand region.

2. Determine the main activities of "IT-towns":

orientation of youth to the sphere of digital technologies, support of its aspirations to mastering of knowledge in this sphere;

forming and development of the skills in the field of digitalization promoting achievement of progress by young people in the labor market by means of seminars, mentor programs and online and educational resources;

training of youth in programming and rendering services with use of digital technologies, increase in its knowledge and potential by teaching foreign languages, including English;

training of the younger generation in modern professions, and also development of skills of rational use of natural resources in it.

3. Approve:

The list of the parcels of land, buildings and constructions allocated for the organization of activities of "IT-towns" according to appendix No. 1 *;

The program of measures for the effective organization of activities of IT-towns" according to appendix No. 2*.

To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas allocation of the parcels of land of nonagricultural appointment according to the procedure, established according to appendix No. 1 * to this resolution, with the right of permanent use.
