About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024" of November 18, 2023 (2023, No. 11, the Art. 484) to state Akhbori to Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan in the following edition:

"1. Establish the value added tax for the companies for conversion of wheat (except for wheat imported for production of excise goods) at the rate of 10 percent on import of wheat, conversion and sales of products processed from wheat, including the pasta made in the Republic of Tajikistan and also on realization of vegetable oil for the companies for conversion of vegetable oil and for rate of 7 percent on realization of remaining balance of conversion of oil-bearing crops (cake, meal stern for birds and the cattle). Offsetting of the value added tax paid when purchasing other products (works and services) for sale of the processed products wheat made from, including pasta made in the Republic of Tajikistan and also for conversion and realization of vegetable oil, cannot exceed 10 percent and on realization of remaining balance of conversion of oil-bearing crops (cake, meal stern for birds and the cattle) 7 percent. This provision is not applied on the privileges provided by the paragraph the thirteenth parts 4 of article 251 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and Item 13) of Article 345 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
