About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 2, 2018 No. 3424/5/874

1. In the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 02, 2018 No. 3424/5/874 "On some questions of submission of information necessary for ensuring accounting of taxpayers, and also calculation and collection of taxes and charges", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2018 at No. 1265/32717, of the word "Public Fiscal Service of Ukraine" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the State Tax Service of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases.
2. Bring in Regulations of submission of information necessary for ensuring accounting of taxpayers, and also the calculation and collection of taxes and charges approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 02, 2018 No. 3424/5/874, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2018 at No. 1265/32717, the following changes:
To exclude 1) in Item 1 of the word "and change of data which join in accounting card of the physical person-the taxpayer";
The paragraph third Item 2 to exclude 2);
Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 3 of the word "in electronic form at the central level information and telecommunication means" "electronically at the central level technical means of electronic communications";
