About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for processing and use of data in the state registers for military accounting and acquisition of the status of the veteran of war during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with the following changes):

1) in Article 3-1:

in part one to replace the word "information and telecommunication" with the word "information and communication";

add with part nine of the following content:

"Electronic information exchange between the Register and the Unified state register of recruits, persons liable for call-up and reservists is performed according to the legislation and according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

2) in Item 19 parts one of Article 6:

in paragraph one of the word "Services of Foreign Intelligence of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "prospecting bodies of Ukraine", and the word of "The public penitentiary service of Ukraine, person" - words "The public penitentiary service of Ukraine, face of the private and the commanding structure of the State bureau of investigations, faces of the commanding structure of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine, person";

to add paragraph two after the words "provision of participant status of fighting" with words and figures "(except persons determined in article 6-1 of this Law)";

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
