About change of the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus of December 21, 2021 No. 6
Based on part one of Item 5 of Article 3, of the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" and paragraph two of Item 16 of the Charter of National academy of Sciences of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2003 No. 56, National academy of Sciences of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus of December 21, 2021 No. 6 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "parts one of Item 5 of Article 3, of the paragraph of third of Article 9-1, of part two of Item 5 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
1.2. in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 6.23.1 "Receipt of the operating authority around validity about Antarctic", approved by this resolution:
to exclude from the paragraph of the fifth word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
to exclude the paragraph of the seventh;
word in paragraph ten of "document forms concerning implementation" shall be replaced with words "forms of permission to implementation";
1.3. in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 6.23.2 "Modification of the operating authority around validity about Antarctic", approved by this resolution:
