About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 1, the Art. 21) the following changes:

The processing centers provide continued and smooth functioning of settlement systems with use of bank payment cards of international payment systems by means of their connection (integration) with the processing center of the operator of national payment system in the cases provided by regulatory legal acts of National Bank.";

c) add with part of 4-1 following content:

"4-1. Clearing and calculations for the interstate payments made by cards of different payment service providers are performed according to requirements of regulatory legal acts of National Bank.".
