This Instruction based on Item 10 of Article 10.2-1, of Item 3 of article 42 of the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market" and subitem 1.1 of Item 2 of article 55 of the Federal Law of November 29, 2001 No. 156-FZ "About investment funds" establishes procedure and payment due dates of the money considered on the individual investment account in case of approach of special life situation, including the requirement to structure of documents which shall be provided in the specified case by the client to the broker, the managing director or the managing company of open mutual investment fund performing opening and maintaining individual investment accounts, and also requirements to implementation of broker activities, activities for management of securities and activities of managing companies of open mutual investment funds when implementing of the specified payment.
