1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2012 No. 11 "About procedure for accounting and submission to customs authorities of reports" the following changes:

1.1. preamble after words of "The tax code of the Republic of Belarus" to add with words "paragraph two of part five of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2024 No. 77 "About tax exemption on value added",";

1.2. in Item 1:

part the fourth subitem 1.8 after words "foreign goods," to add with the words "except for persons specified in subitem 1.10 of this Item";
