1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2022 No. 3 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 12.5.1 "Registration of separate division of the legal entity providing carrying out mediation", approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
in the column "Form and Procedure for Submission of the Document and (or) Data" of part one of Item 2 of the word "by mail" shall be replaced with words "by means of mail service";
in appendix to these Regulations to replace the word of "ninth" with the word of "tenth";
