About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2004 No. 257

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on procedure for presentation of requirements for obligations to the Russian Federation in the case of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2004 No. 257 "About ensuring interests of the Russian Federation as creditor in the case of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2310; 2009, No. 34, Art. 4187).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to Regulations on procedure for presentation of requirements for obligations to the Russian Federation in the case of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy

1. State Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The choice of the candidate for the arbitration manager or self-regulatory organization of arbitration managers (further - self-regulatory organization) in case of the direction in Arbitration Court of the statement for recognition of the debtor by the bankrupt is performed by authorized body in cases and procedure which are established by this Provision.".

2. Add with the Section of the following content:

"Procedure for the choice of the candidate for the arbitration manager by authorized body in case of the direction in Arbitration Court of the statement for recognition of the debtor by the bankrupt
