"11. Transfer into distance training no more than twenty percent for training in the field of the right, choreography, musical art, the aircraft equipment and technologies, construction, marine facilities and technologies, military science, veterinary science from total quantity of disciplines for the entire period of training is provided in OVPO.
Distance training in OVPO enabling the realization of educational programs of medical, pharmaceutical and pedagogical education is not allowed, except as specified, stipulated in Item 2 articles 37-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education".
For training in other directions of training transfer into distance training no more than fifty percent from total quantity of disciplines for the entire period of training is provided in OVPO.
