Rules of identification of objects of cumulative harm to the environment

1. These rules establish procedure for identification of objects of cumulative harm to the environment (further - objects of cumulative harm).

2. Identification of objects of cumulative harm in relation to the territories located in borders of the parcels of land which are in property of municipalities is performed by local government bodies of such municipalities, in relation to other territories - public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation.

In the cases established by the Government of the Russian Federation, identification of objects of cumulative harm is performed by Federal Nature Management Supervision Service or federal state budgetary institutions subordinated to the specified body.

3. Identification of objects of cumulative harm is performed by the public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation or local government bodies specified in Item 2 of these rules, in time, not exceeding 60 working days from the date of receipt of information, including from public authorities, about availability of signs of objects of cumulative harm.
