I. Conditions about obligations of the contractor

1. Assume liabilities to perform the works on construction <1>, reconstruction <2>, capital repairs provided by the contract <3>, to demolition <4> capital construction projects <5>.

2. Perform the works specified in Item of 1 these standard conditions (further - works), according to the following documentation determining amount, the work content and other requirements imposed to works which is integral part of the contract:

project documentation <1>, <2>;

the act approved by the builder or the technical customer and containing list of defects of the bases, building constructions, systems of engineering facilities and networks of engineering facilities with indication of quality and quantity characteristics of such defects>;

project of the organization of works on asset demolition of capital construction <4>;

other documents which are integral part of the contract.
