1. State Items 2 and 3 in the following edition:
"2. Inundated areas, floodings are established, change concerning the territories subject to negative impact of waters and not provided with the constructions and (or) methods of engineering protection specified regarding the 4th article 67.1 of the Water code of the Russian Federation.

Inundated areas, floodings are established, change, stop the existence by the decision of Federal Agency for Water Resources (its territorial authorities) based on offers of executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation on establishment of borders of inundated areas and in need of borders of zones of flooding or about the termination of existence of inundated areas, floodings (further - offers) and data on borders of these zones which shall contain the graphical description of location of borders of these zones, the list of coordinates of characteristic points of borders of such zones in the system of coordinates installed for maintaining the Single state real estate register.
