1. State Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Within the Commission are created subcommittee under approval of purchases (further - subcommittee), Coordination council on import substitution of the oil and gas equipment and Coordination council on import substitution of chemical and petrochemical products.".
2. Item 6 (to state 4) in the following edition:
"6(4). The coordination council on import substitution of the oil and gas equipment considers the questions connected with determination of the key directions of development of industry of oil and gas mechanical engineering, and also monitoring of their realization.".
3. Add with Item 6 (5) the following content:
"6(5). The coordination council on import substitution of chemical and petrochemical products considers the questions connected with determination of the key directions of development of chemical and petrochemical products, and also monitoring of their realization.".

"7(1). The structure of Coordination council on import substitution of the oil and gas equipment is approved by his cochairmen, and the structure of Coordination council on import substitution of chemical and petrochemical products is approved by its chairman.".
