1) in Article 6.1:

a) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The information about the debtors according to maintenance obligations brought to administrative and (or) to trial for failure to pay funds for content of the minor children or disabled children who reached eighteen-year age, or disabled parents and (or) put by the judicial police officer-contractor on the wanted list, containing in databank, also joins in the register of debtors according to maintenance obligations which is databank component.";

b) to add part 2 after words of "databank" with words ", including the register of debtors according to maintenance obligations,";

c) add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. The debtor according to maintenance obligations within a day from the moment of inclusion of information about him in the register of debtors according to maintenance obligations and exceptions of such data of the specified register is informed on it according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 24 presents of the Federal Law.";

d) add part 3 with Item 10 of the following content:
