About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2022 No. 72
Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2022 No. 72 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 6.14.3 "Inclusion in the list of persons having the right to sale and storage of the fishing nets made with use of other setematerial of tools of production of fish or other water animals and setematerial", approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
in the column "Form and Procedure for Submission of the Document and (or) Data" of part one of Item 2 of the word "by mail" shall be replaced with words "by means of mail service".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 17, 2024.
