1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2017 No. 436 "About approval of Rules according to training devices of imitation of flight in civil aviation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15458) the following changes:

Periodic assessment of training devices of imitation of flight is carried out annually, except for the procedural training device (FPTD) made till 1990 which periodic assessment is carried out time in three years, for the purpose of the certificate that the exercise machine meets the standard requirements to its qualification level.

Special assessment of training devices of imitation of flight is carried out in case of:

essential change hardware and (or) the software of the exercise machine which can affect quality of controllability of the exercise machine and flight technical characteristics or systems reproduced on it;

identification of the situation testimonial of the fact that operation of the exercise machine does not meet the standard requirements imposed when carrying out initial qualification assessment;

receipt of the request about upgrade of the exercise machine for receipt of higher qualification level;

movement to the new place;

to change of the owner;

repeated putting into operation after the long period (more than one year) of shutdown.";
