About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of renewable energy resources

For the purpose of initiation of efficient measures for introduction of the new generating energy capacities, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for use and the order by the state forest fund" of April 10, 2018 No. 192 the following changes:

according to the procedure of use and the order of the state forest fund, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 32 with subitems 12-14 of the following content:

"12) lack of the project documentation coordinated with authorized state body in the field of architecture and construction at subjects of renewable energy resources (further - RES) within 3 months after receipt of lands of forest fund;

13) absence at subjects of RES of the feasibility statement and the confirmed financing source within 6 months after receipt of lands of forest fund;

14) non-realizations of construction works by subjects of RES during 1 year after receipt of lands of forest fund.";

- add with Item 32-1 of the following content:

"32-1. In case of the termination of right to use by lands of the state forest fund for the bases provided in subitems 12-14 of Item 32 presents of the Procedure, the earth of the state forest fund are subject to transfer to maintaining authorized institution in the field of RES in the procedure established by the legislation.".

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535 the following changes:
