1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2016 No. 45 "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of quarantine of plants" the following changes:
1.1. "subitem 3.2 of Item 3 of the Charter on quarantine of plants in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 1993 No. 509," to exclude from word preamble;
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for conducting quarantine phytosanitary examination of the quarantine products approved by this resolution:
"carrying out" to add Item 1 after the word with the word of "state";
in Item 3 of the word "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the legislation on ministerial procedures";
in part two of Item 9 of the word "shall check" and "check" to replace with the word "checks";
