Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of marking of dairy products means of identification approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 15, 2020 No. 2099 "About approval of Rules of marking of dairy products means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning dairy products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 51, Art. 8482; 2021, No. 23, Art. 4084; No. 36, Art. 6420; No. 49, Art. 8286; 2022, No. 17, Art. 2938; No. 41, Art. 7069; No. 43, Art. 7419; 2024, No. 14, Art. 1917).

2. Declare invalid the paragraph the fifth the subitem "e" of Item of 2 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 15, 2020 No. 2099, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2021 No. 2100 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 15, 2020 No. 2099" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 49, the Art. 8286).

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
