1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning use of the digital signature in case of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning use of the digital signature in case of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2019 No. 515 "About system of marking of goods means of identification and traceability of movement of goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 19, the Art. 2279):

a) in paragraph one of Item 14 of Rules of marking of the goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, approved by the specified resolution of the word of "the head of the organization or the individual entrepreneur" shall be replaced with words "the participant of turnover of goods";

b) Item 21 of the Regulations on the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, approved by the specified resolution to add with the paragraph of the following content:
