Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Item 19 of the charter of the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2017 No. 1231 "About the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 42, Art. 6169; 2022, No. 15, Art. 2461):

a) in subitem 3 of the word "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "the supreme executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, other executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" in the corresponding case;

b) add with subitem 5 (1) the following content:

"5(1)) assistance to development of infrastructure of subjects of the Russian Federation, including within the carried-out monitoring of implementation of infrastructure projects and actions which source of financial provision of expenses on realization are respectively budget credits from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on financial provision of implementation of infrastructure projects or budget credits to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation at the expense of temporarily available funds of the single account of the federal budget approved by presidium (headquarters) of Government commission on regional development in the Russian Federation;".
