Approve the enclosed Rules of confirmation of sources of origin of the money deposited in payment of the authorized capital (authorized fund) of producers of ethyl alcohol (except for producers of the ethyl alcohol made from non-food raw materials of plant origin, distillates wine grape, fruit, cognac, kalvadosny, viskovy, rum and wine-making products).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024 and is effective till August 31, 2030 inclusive.
