About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning establishment of responsibility for violation of the legislation in the field of lobbying

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

Item 5 parts one of Article 24 to add 1) with the paragraph third the following content:

"lobbying implementation prohibition";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in part one of Article 25 of the word "be engaged in certain activities-only as additional" "be engaged in certain activities, lobbying implementation prohibition - only as additional";

3) in Article 30:

state the name in the following edition:

"Article 30. Deprivation of the special right granted to this citizen, deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, the lobbying implementation prohibition";

the seventh to state part in the following edition:

"Deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, prohibition of implementation of lobbying are appointed court for a period of one year when they are specially provided in the sanction of Article (the sanction of part of Article) of special part of this Code";

To add 4) with Articles 188-46-1 and 188-46-2 of the following content:

"Article 188-46-1. Illegal implementation of lobbying

Implementation of lobbying by person who did not receive the status of the subject of lobbying or person whose status of the subject of lobbying is stopped or stopped, -

attracts imposing of penalty from fifty to hundred free minima income of citizens.

Making of violation, repeated within the year, provided by part one of this Article for which person was already subjected to administrative punishment, -

attracts imposing of penalty from two hundred to five hundred free minima income of citizens.
