1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of pharmaceutical activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2022 No. 547 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of pharmaceutical activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 15, Art. 2469; No. 49, Art. 8677; 2023, No. 32, Art. 6385).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of pharmaceutical activities

1. In item 4:

a) in the subitem "an" of the word to "rules of proper practice of storage and transportation of medicines" shall be replaced with words to "storage precautions of medicines";

b) in the subitem "b" of the word to "rules of proper distributor practice of medicines for veterinary application" shall be replaced with words to "rules of proper distributor practice within the Eurasian Economic Union";

c) in the subitem "v" of the word to "rules of proper practice of storage and transportation of medicines" shall be replaced with words to "storage precautions of medicines";

d) in the subitem "d" of the word "to rules of proper practice of storage and transportation of medicines," to exclude;

e) in the subitem "z" of the word "rules of proper practice of storage and transportation of medicines" shall be replaced with words "storage precautions of medicines for medical application".
