About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 44, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", within implementation of provisions of Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) No. 575/2013 of June 26, 2013 about prudential requirements for credit institutes and about modification of Regulations No. 648/2012, for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for determination by banks of Ukraine of the extent of credit risk on active banking activities and increases in effective management of banks of Ukraine of troubled assets of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. "About approval of the Regulations on determination by banks of Ukraine of the extent of credit risk on active banking activities" (with changes) to state Item 5-8 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 30, 2016 to No. 351 in the following edition:

"5-8. To banks of Ukraine in case of application of the Regulations on determination of the extent of credit risk to permit not to apply regulations of the subitem 3 of Item 107 of the Section X of this provision when calculating the extent of credit risk:

1) till December 31, 2024 - regarding development of the intra bank procedure of insurance of subject of pledge/providing based on the right of direct trust;

2) till March 31, 2025 - regarding availability of the insurance contract of subject of pledge/providing based on the right of direct trust from loss/damage on which beneficiary is the bank.".
