According to part nine of article 16 of the Law of the Russian Federation of April 1, 1993 "About Frontier of the Russian Federation" and Item 1 of the Regulations on Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 11, 2003 No. 960, I order to No. 4730-1:

1. Bring in the Rules of boundary regime approved by the order of FSB of Russia of August 7, 2017 No. 454 <1> (with the changes made by the order of FSB of Russia of June 19, 2018 No. 283 <2>), changes according to appendix.
