About additional measures for enhancement of public service of the population

1. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:

in process of the organization according to the approved schedules of condominiums to abolish housing and operational managements and the organizations or to transform them to private and other non-state contract organizations on servicing of apartment houses under contracts with condominiums;

for ensuring implementation of the approved schedules of formation of condominiums to perform measures for preliminary carrying out capital repairs of the apartment apartment houses built till 1991 with its financing by budget funds of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of areas and the city of Tashkent and non-budgetary sources;

render assistance in providing condominiums with necessary non-residential premises under storage facilities and economic needs, and also material resources and stock;

in two-month time to determine borders of the parcel of land of each operating condominium and to issue them in accordance with the established procedure the state act on right to use by the site. Determine that the state act on right to use by the parcels of land is issued to newly created condominiums within two months after their state registration.

To khokimiyat of Tashkent to perform liquidation of utility and operational managements of districts of the city during 2001 and to create on their base self-supporting emergency and recovery services on servicing on contractual basis of condominiums, companies and organizations.
