About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
Item 11 of part 1 of Article 35 to state 1) in the following edition:
"11) to cancel illegal and unreasoned decisions of the investigator, head of investigative division, the subordinate prosecutor, to issue decrees on suspension, suit abatement, except for decisions which legality and justification were confirmed with court resolution;";
2) Article 260 to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. Renewal by the prosecutor of production on dismissed case which legality and justification were confirmed with court resolution is not allowed.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
