About modification of the "Regulations on service in the state tax authorities" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 2001 No. 141-IIQ.
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic being guided by Items 16 and 19 of part one of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
Article 1. Make the following changes to the "Regulations on service in the state tax authorities" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 2001 No. 141-IIQ (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No.7 Article 443 (volume I):
1.1. Words "Chapter I", "Chapter II", "Chapter III", "Chapter IV", "Chapter V", "Chapter VI", "Chapter VII", "Chapter VIII", "Chapter IX", "Chapter X". shall be replaced with words respectively "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2", "Chapter 3", "Chapter 4", "Chapter 5", "Chapter 6", "Chapter 7" "Chapter 8", "Chapter 9", "Chapter 10";
1.2. to add article 2 after the word "From the Code" with the words "From the Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Further — the Labor Code)";
1.3. Add with Article 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. The questions which are not provided by this Regulations on employment relationships are regulated by the relevant standards of the Labor Code and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service";
1.4. In Article 4 of the word "holding position and received special ranks according to this Provision" shall be replaced with words "employees on positions with special ranks";
1,5. Add Article 6 with the second offer of the following content:
