1. Item 2 of the Section II of the Procedure for processing of personal data in base of personal data - the State register of physical persons - taxpayers, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of February 24, 2015 210, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2015 at No. 278/26723, to state No. in the following edition:
"2. Processing of personal data of subjects of personal data is necessary condition for ensuring use of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer or series (in the presence) and passport numbers (for physical persons which because of the religious beliefs refuse adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and officially notified on it the relevant monitoring body and have mark in the passport) in the documents connected with carrying out the transactions provided by Items 70.12-70.16 of Article 70 of Chapter 6 of the Section II of the Code and also in other cases, public authorities and local government bodies, legal entities irrespective of forms of business including the National Bank of Ukraine, banks, other financial institutions, non-bank payment service providers, issuers of electronic money, the exchanges, physical persons, including entrepreneurs and persons, performing independent professional activity.".
