Concerning counteraction to negative effects of functioning of gamblings on the Internet

For the purpose of ensuring proper protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Ukraine, strengthening of measures for counteraction to negative effects of functioning of the sphere of gamblings on the Internet, and also the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine solved non-admissions of use of features of this sphere by the state aggressor:

1. In a month to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1) development of procedure for restriction of all forms of advertizing of gamblings, in particular with use of electronic communications, symbolics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine, and also distribution of the corresponding context material;

2) determination of the maximum time of continuous participation in gambling on the Internet in days for one account and introduction of obligatory breaks in game, determination of the maximum time of game in week will lock registration by the organizer of gamblings of casino on the Internet of several accounts for one player, and also;

3) the obligation of organizers of gamblings on the Internet to set before the game limit of expenses of the player on game during certain time (day, week, month) with possibility of change of such limit is not more often than once a month;

4) implementation of the State system of online monitoring according to requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.02.2024 No. 171;

5) holding national information and explanatory campaign for danger of gamblings, threats of game dependence, methods of the prevention and treatment of game dependence, contacts of the institutions giving help to persons with game dependence and features of functioning of the Register of persons which limits access to gambling institutions and/or participation in gamblings;
