1. In paragraph one of item 4 of the Section I of the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 2, 2012 at No. 489/20802 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine from September 29, 2016 No. 2832/5), words and figure "decision of the Supreme anti-corruption court on application of the sanction, stipulated in Item 1-1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On sanctions" (in case of determination of procedure for accomplishment of such decision it is forced according to the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding")", to exclude.
2. To department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiselyov M.) to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.
3. To management of justice and punitive justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
