About modification of the Order of the Government No. 470/2006 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population

Based on article 3-1 of the Law No. 121/2001 on additional social protection of some categories of the population (Official monitorrespublik Moldova, 2001, No. 51, the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 470/2006 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 73-74, 509), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The name and Item 1 after words of "monthly public welfare payments" to add 1) with the words "and annual financial support";

2) in Item 2 the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";

3) in the Provision:
