About approval of Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by the National agency of road transport, the List of services and rates for them

Based on part (4) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and parts (2) article 6 of the Law No. 235/2006 on the basic principles of regulation of business activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 126-130, 627), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by the National agency of road transport according to appendix No. 1;

2) the List of the services provided by the National agency of road transport and rates for them according to appendix No. 2.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development.
