1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Public regulatory service of Ukraine of July 14, 2015 No. 781/38 "About approval of form and content of the license", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 15, 2015 at No. 848/27293.

2. To provide to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations and the Chairman of the Public regulatory service of Ukraine.
