According to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 630, for the purpose of streamlining of administrative documents I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of April 25, 2013 No. 466 "About approval of the Regulations on distance training", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 30, 2013 at No. 703/23235.

2. To management of professional prehigher, higher education (Sharov A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of ensuring document flow, control and information technologies (by Erko I.) make mark for archive in accordance with the established procedure.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
