About accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Geneva act of the Hague agreement on the international registration of industrial designs (Geneva, on July 2, 1999)

Join the Geneva act of the Hague agreement on the international registration of industrial designs (Geneva, on July 2, 1999) with the following statements:

1) on Item 2 of article 7 of the Geneva act of the Hague agreement: "The Republic of Uzbekistan declares that in connection with any international request in which the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in connection with prolongation of any international registration performed as a result of submission of such international request is specified the ordered duty on specifying is replaced with individual duty on specifying of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the state in the territory of which has action the international registration of industrial design";

2) according to the subitem (b) of Item 1 of article 11 of the Geneva act of the Hague agreement: "The Republic of Uzbekistan declares that its legislation does not provide delay of the publication of data on industrial design";

3) on Item 1 of article 13 of the Geneva act of the Hague agreement: "The Republic of Uzbekistan declares that the industrial designs which are subject of the same request shall meet the requirements of unity of intention";

4) on Item 2 of article 16 of the Geneva act of the Hague agreement: "The Republic of Uzbekistan declares that entry in the International register about change of the owner of the international registration of separate or all industrial designs will not be valid until its Department gets the relevant documents on transfer the driver's license";

5) according to the subitem (c) of Item 3 of article 17 of the Geneva act of the Hague agreement: "The Republic of Uzbekistan declares that effective period of exclusive right on industrial design constitutes five years and can repeatedly be prolonged for five years according to the statement of the owner, but in general no more than for fifteen years, considering from the date of the international registration";
