About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 2, 2012 No. 512/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 2, 2012 at No. 489/20802 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2832/5), the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

to replace paragraph two of Item 6 with four new paragraphs of the following content:

"On the documents provided by paragraph one of this Item which are created by the contractor in the automated system of enforcement proceeding the qualified digital signature using means of the qualified digital signature which have the built-in hardware and software providing protection of the data which are written down on them against unauthorized access, against direct acquaintance with parameter value of personal keys and their copying is imposed.

The paper copy of the electronic document with visualization of details of the signature of signatory person joins enforcement proceeding cover.

In case of sending the copy of the document to participants of enforcement proceeding in paper form on the paper copy the mark that the relevant document is the paper copy of the electronic document which makes sure the signature of the state or private contractor and is sealed is put down.
