1. Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 118/2017 on approval of form of filling of the source document of the strict reporting "Tax delivery note" (2017, 1750) to change Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova to Art. No. 340-351, as follows:

1) in Item 6:

a) "The law on the digital signature and the electronic document No. 91 of 29.05.2014" to replace the text with the text of "The law on electronic identification and confidential services No. 124/2022";

b) in subitem 3 "The law on the digital signature and the electronic document No. 91 of 29.05.2014" to replace the text with the text of "The law on electronic identification and confidential services No. 124/2022";
