About additional measures for the organization and development of activities of the free trade area "International shopping center Termez"

For the purpose of the organization and development of activities of the free trade area "International shopping center Termez", diversification of the export market of the manufactured and consumer goods made in the republic, and also acceleration of creation of new transport and logistic system:

1. Approve offers of the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministries of investments, the industry and trade, the Ministry of transport, Customs committee, Border troops of Service of state security and khokimiyat of the Surkhandarya region about acceleration of activities of the free trade area "International shopping center Termez" (further - the Center).

Determine that in the territory of the Center:

the subjects of entrepreneurship registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, performing activities in the territory of the Center are allowed to employ citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship based on employment contracts without receipt of confirmation on the right of implementation of labor activity;

citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan are granted the right to lease, and also, according to the procedure of exception, acquisition on the property right of the trade shops, buildings and constructions intended for rendering services and production. At the same time the right to the parcel of land is subject to state registration according to the procedure, established by the legislation, on the basis of the lease right;

according to the procedure of exception, along with Uzbekistan sum, acceptance of such currency types as US dollars, Russian ruble, euro and yuan as means of payment in wholesale and retail trade is allowed. At the same time the accepted cash foreign currency is enlisted into accounts of the legal entities performing activities in the Center by means of branches of the commercial banks organized in the Center;
