1. In Regulations on conditions of appointment and allowance payment to the adopted children and children over whom it is established the guardianship/guardianship approved by the Order of the Government No. 581/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 83-86, 624), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3:

a) subitems b), c) and d) recognize invalid;

b) the subitem e) to state in the following edition:

"e) the adopted children or children who are in service of guardianship/guardianship are determined for education and content in services of residential type or in addition – if the children who are in service of guardianship/guardianship are determined in medical institution or other similar organization and are on complete state providing.";

"4.
