Paragraph two of Item of 5 changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of activities for drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors, to cultivation of the narcocontaining plants approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 18, 2023 No. 1736 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 2, 2022 No. 1007" (Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 43, Art. 7736), to state in the following edition:
"13. In case of intention to perform activities for drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors, to cultivation of the narcocontaining plants to the address which is not specified in the register of licenses, the licensee in the statement for modification of the register of licenses specifies the data containing the new address of implementation of activities for drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors, to cultivation of the narcocontaining plants.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
