About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning support of use of renewable energy resources and power industry

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015:

add Article 35 with Item 3-1 of the following content:

2. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About power industry":

"32-2) net - the consumer of electrical energy (further - net - the consumer) - the physical person or legal entity providing fully or partially own consumption of electrical energy and (or) heat energy from the small-scale object for use of renewable energy resources belonging to it on the property right or other corporeal right, connected to distribution power network and equipped with systems of separate accounting of amounts of consumption of electrical energy from network and scopes of supply in it including the combined installations of renewable energy resources;";

in the subitem 50) "individual consumers of electrical and (or) heat energy and net - consumers of electrical energy" to replace words with the word "net-consumers";

2) in Article 3:

add Item 2 with subitem 10-1) of the following content:

"10-1) ensuring crediting of construction, reconstruction and upgrades of power networks of the regional electric grid companies which are in utility property;";
