1. Bring in Item 9 of the Procedure for ensuring access of persons authorized on implementation of registration actions in Unified and State registers which creation and ensuring functioning is within the competence of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 15, 2015 No. 2586/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 15, 2015 at No. 1568/28013 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 03, 2020 No. 340/5), such changes:

In paragraph one of the word and figure "in paragraph three of item 4 of this Procedure" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figure "in paragraph four of item 4 of this Procedure";
